This is my third time coming to get my nails done (hands and feet) but the lady who helped me that day was very arrogant and impatient when it came to doing her job so I asked someone else to finish her bad job and with the worst attitude. Una grosera 😠
I did my nails here and really liked how they shaped them. However, they only offer shellac. I came for a second appointment, that I booked online, and found the salon closed. No one informed me or updated the online platform. I tried contacting the salon and no response. I then cancelled all future appointments I had booked online. For this lack of proper customer service, i give it 2 stars.
I came to get my nails removed. The lady did not soak my nails. She used the machine to file the acrylic wich left them sensible and red, because she over filed them. Then on the other hand she proceeded to remove them with a nail tip. Since I just came in to remove my nails she rushed the process. They made me pay 23$ on top of that, they clearly over charged me.
Really nice salon. Stephanie is very personable, professional, and a good artist. I also had a nice time getting a pedicure. It was very relaxing and they even have a massage chair. The prices are also very fair. Would highly recommend.
I have been doing my nails here for the past 7-8 years, and I am extremely picky and detail orientated. I have tried many places before meeting Stephany, and I was never satisfied with the results, starting with the little bumps in the nail polish, broken gel, ugly colors, cheap nail polish and even bad nail filling. I recommend this place to everyone for the amazing service, great ambiance, pleasant conversation and excellent results. You will not be disappointed! Beautiful results · Great manicure · Experienced technicians · Great nail art · Latest colours · Amazing results · Great chair massages
